Hey everyone. I am having problems printing red on a white under coat. Often times the red will bleed badly and other times it wont bleed at all. Any thoughts?

Try using a 175 mesh count for your red. It sounds like your either printing to heavy of a base coat or you have your screen for the red ink to open. try 156 for your white underbase and a 175 for your red. remember your underbase does not have to be (bright white) one coat should do the job just make sure you hit your red twice..

If you are just printing red on the white,(not sure exactly if you need the white), you could just eliminate the white underbase and use a high opacity red ink. Just hit/flash/hit. Pretty much the same as a white underbase without associated problems.
